# Edit Title Or Description

`PUT /v1/audios/{audio_id}/metadata`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.imentiv.ai` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.imentiv.ai/v1/audios/{audio_id}/metadata`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `X-API-Key`
  - HTTP bearer

Update the metadata of an audio file.
This endpoint allows you to edit the title (which is auto-generated from the file name by default)
and add or update a description.

## Path parameters

- `audio_id` string, required: Provide the audio ID to edit the title or description of the audio

## Request body `application/x-www-form-urlencoded`

- BodyEditTitleOrDescriptionV1AudiosAudioIdMetadataPut
  - `title` string, nullable: New title for the audio file. Omit to leave unchanged.
  - `description` string, nullable: Description to add or update. Omit to leave unchanged; send an empty value to clear it.

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- AudioEditResponse: Response model for editing audio data. Inherits: ImageEditResponse: Contains status and metadata after editing.
  - `title` string, nullable
  - `description` string, nullable
