Snapshot/project preview thumbnails (separate namespace from /assets/).

The 256px image is content-addressed by its own sha. The co-located 64px
"-64" variant is keyed off the 256's sha (so the frontend derives its URL)
and therefore cannot self-verify; it is validated as a small PNG instead.
