# Change the status of an item lot in the WMS

`POST /request/adjustments`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.idsfulfillment.com` (the document declares no server; this is the origin it was published from)
- URL: `https://api.idsfulfillment.com/request/adjustments`
- Auth: none declared. Required headers: `ApiKey`

Only supports lot-based adjustment push. Specifying the quantity is not possible.

## Request body

- StockAdjustment: A lot-based WMS stock adjustment. Quantity not supported.
  - `ItemCode` string, required: The SKU
  - `LotCode` string, required: The lot code
