<br/>For marketplace MCP clients that don't use a Client ID Metadata Document.<br/>Public clients only (no client_secret), with allowlisted redirect URIs.<br/>The same redirect URIs always get the same client_id. A domain gets an app<br/>for the client when one of its admins approves it at /oauth/authorize/.
