  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in header `x-rightos-key`

## Response `200`

Portal URL to redirect the user to

## Other responses

- `401`: Missing or invalid API key (error: missing_api_key | invalid_api_key)
- `403`: demo_org
- `404`: no_billing_account — the organization has no Stripe customer yet
- `503`: billing_not_configured
