# Retrieve a Receipt

`GET /v1/receipts/{receiptId}`

## Request

Retrieve a single Receipt by its receiptId. The durable proof that an operation completed: what ran, for which company, and the terminal outcome. An operation that promises a receipt is not finished until one exists.
