# Revoke one of the calling end customer's sessions

`POST /v1/customer-identity/sessions/{customerSessionId}/revoke`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://hyperscale0.ai`
- URL: `https://hyperscale0.ai/v1/customer-identity/sessions/{customerSessionId}/revoke`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Revokes a single session belonging to the end customer making the request, such as the sign-in on a lost phone, ended from the laptop they still have. A session id that belongs to anyone else is not found rather than refused, so the operation cannot be used to discover that a session exists. Idempotent: revoking an already-revoked session succeeds with status already_revoked.

## Path parameters

- `customerSessionId` string, required: Hyperscale end-customer session ID

## Headers

- `X-Hyperscale-Environment` 'sandbox' | 'live'
- `Idempotency-Key` string, required

## Response `200`

Success

  - `customerSessionId` string, required: Hyperscale end-customer session ID
  - `status` 'revoked' | 'already_revoked', required
  - `revokedAt` string, date-time, required

## Other responses

- `default`: ErrorResponse. See x-error-codes and x-errors for codes, HTTP statuses and retry guidance.
