Indexable landing for a promoted search query — the controlled,
demand-gated counterpart of the raw /search SERP.

Index hygiene is the whole point: a page is INDEXED only when its query
cleared the strict supply+demand gate (``search_log.is_indexable``); every
other case renders ``noindex,follow``, and a query with too few live results
404s so no thin page exists at all. Only the indexed set is sitemapped, so we
never advertise a thin/duplicate internal-search page to Google.
