# Revise Listing Application

Revise an existing application using its edit token.

The token is a shared secret emailed to the applicant — treat it as the only
proof of ownership. Editing is only allowed while the application is still
open for review (pending or needs_revision); approved/rejected records stay
immutable so the audit trail is clean. On a successful revise we transition
the status back to 'pending' and clear admin_notes so stale feedback from a
prior review cycle doesn't linger.
