`GET /api/v1/infrastructure/advisories-unified`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://www.huntertech.io`

- Auth: API key in header `X-API-Key`

Cross-vendor security advisories in one request. Filter with `timePeriod`, `limit`, or `vendor` (comma-separated slugs). Used by the dashboard Security column and Recent Activity feed.
