# Add Amm Liquidity

`POST /gateway/amm/add-liquidity`

Add two-sided liquidity to an AMM pool.

Meteora DAMM v2: pass position_address to add to that NFT position; omit it to open a new one.
Fungible-LP AMMs ignore position_address.

## Request body

- AMMAddLiquidityRequest — Request to add two-sided liquidity to an AMM pool.
  - `connector` string, required — AMM connector (e.g., 'meteora', 'raydium', 'uniswap')
  - `network` string, required — Network ID in 'chain-network' format (e.g., 'solana-mainnet-beta')
  - `pool_address` string, required — Pool contract address
  - `base_token_amount` union, required — Amount of base token to add
    - number

  - `quote_token_amount` union, required — Amount of quote token to add
    - number
    - string
  - `slippage_pct` union — Maximum slippage percentage; omit to use the connector's configured slippagePct
    - number

  - `wallet_address` string, nullable — Wallet address (optional, uses default)
  - `position_address` string, nullable — Meteora position to add to (omit = new position)

## Response `200`

Successful Response

- AMMTransactionResponse — Chain-neutral write response. `signature` holds the tx signature (Solana) or tx hash (EVM).
  - `signature` string, required — Transaction signature (Solana) or transaction hash (EVM)
  - `status` string, required — Transaction status: SUBMITTED, CONFIRMED or FAILED. Mapped from Gateway's TransactionStatus enum by the same helper the swap and CLMM surfaces use, so one vocabulary spans all three.
  - `data` object, nullable — Connector-specific confirmed-tx details
