# Fetch a copyable publisher release manifest template.

`GET /api/publishers/release-template`

Returns a lab-ready release manifest template with owner/name/license/source URL fields, SHA-256 file hashes, cross-source provenance slots, runtime notes, upload-session body, commands, and reviewed peer-fallback fields.
