Alias of /api/v1/artifacts/{id}/versions (recorded; identical handler). Prefer the recorded path: this one already answers with Deprecation and Sunset headers. Returns bounded version rows with source URLs, release timestamps, scan state, verification state, manifest digest evidence, and safe agent workflow guidance.
