Alias of /api/v1/artifacts/{id}/peer-fallbacks (recorded; identical handler). Prefer the recorded path: this one already answers with Deprecation and Sunset headers. First-class peer fallback contract for humans, agents, and answer engines. It exposes reviewed magnets and reviewed .torrent source URLs only after file scope, source URL, license, scan, manifest, and reviewer-evidence checks pass. Unreviewed submissions remain hidden.
