`GET /v2/error_codes`

## Request

Returns all available error codes with their descriptions.
Use these codes for programmatic error handling and i18n support.

Error code ranges:
- 10000-10999: Authentication & Authorization
- 11000-11999: Validation
- 12000-12999: Resource
- 13000-13999: Rate Limiting
- 14000-14999: Time Entries / Activities / Time Off
- 15000-15999: System
