# Create Transcript

`POST /crm/extensions/calling/2026-09/transcripts`

Create a new transcript for a call in your HubSpot account. This endpoint allows you to submit the details of a call transcript, including engagement ID and utterances, to be stored and managed within HubSpot. This is useful for integrating call transcription data into your CRM workflows.

## Request body

- TranscriptCreateRequest
  - `engagementId` integer, required: The unique identifier for the engagement associated with this transcript. It is an integer in int64 format.
  - `transcriptCreateUtterances` TranscriptCreateUtterance[], required: An array of utterances that make up the transcript. Each utterance is represented by a TranscriptCreateUtterance object.
    - `endTimeMillis` integer, required: The end time of the utterance in milliseconds, represented as an integer.
    - `languageCode` string: The language code of the utterance, represented as a string.
    - `speaker` Speaker, required
      - `email` string: The email address of the speaker, represented as a string.
      - `id` string, required: A unique identifier for the speaker, represented as a string.
      - `name` string, required: The name of the speaker, represented as a string.
    - `startTimeMillis` integer, required: The start time of the utterance in milliseconds, represented as an integer.
    - `text` string, required: The content of the utterance as a string.

  - `id` string, required: The unique identifier for the created transcript, represented as a string.
