# Retrieve transcript

`GET /crm/extensions/calling/2026-09/transcripts/{transcriptId}`

Retrieve a specific call transcript by its unique identifier. This endpoint allows you to access the details of a transcript, including its creation and update timestamps, engagement ID, source, and the transcript utterances. It is useful for reviewing and analyzing call interactions stored in your HubSpot account.

  - `transcriptUtterances` TranscriptUtterance[], required: An array of utterances that make up the transcript. Each utterance contains details such as text, timing, and speaker information.
    - `endTimeMillis` integer, required: The end time of the utterance, given as a Unix timestamp in milliseconds. It marks when the utterance ended.
    - `id` string, required: A unique identifier for the utterance, represented as a string.
    - `languageCode` string: The language code of the utterance, represented as a string. This indicates the language in which the text was spoken.
    - `speaker` Speaker
      - `email` string: The email address of the speaker, represented as a string.
      - `id` string, required: A unique identifier for the speaker, represented as a string.
      - `name` string, required: The name of the speaker, represented as a string.
    - `startTimeMillis` integer, required: The start time of the utterance, given as a Unix timestamp in milliseconds. It marks when the utterance began.
    - `text` string, required: The spoken text of the utterance. It is a string representing the actual words spoken.
  - `updatedAt` string, date-time, required: The date and time when this transcript was last updated, in ISO 8601 date-time format.
