Create a new folder within the CRM lists in your HubSpot account. This operation allows you to organize your lists into folders for better management and accessibility.

## Request body

- ListFolderCreateRequest
  - `name` string, required: A string representing the name of the folder to be created.
  - `parentFolderId` string: A string representing the unique identifier of the parent folder under which the new folder will be created.

    - `createdAt` string, date-time: The date and time when the folder was created, in ISO 8601 format.
    - `id` string, required: The unique identifier for the folder, represented as a string.
    - `name` string: The name of the folder, represented as a string.
    - `parentFolderId` string, required: The unique identifier of the parent folder, represented as a string. This indicates the hierarchical structure of folders.
    - `updatedAt` string, date-time: The date and time when the folder was last updated, in ISO 8601 format.
    - `updatedContentsAt` string, date-time: The date and time when the contents of the folder were last updated, in ISO 8601 format.
    - `userId` integer: The unique identifier of the user who created or last updated the folder, represented as a string.
