# Archive a batch of communications by ID

`POST /crm/v3/objects/communications/batch/archive`

Delete a batch of messages by ID. A deleted message can be restored within 90 days of being deleted. Learn more about [restoring activity records](https://knowledge.hubspot.com/records/restore-deleted-activity-in-a-record).

## Request body

- BatchInputSimplePublicObjectId — Represents a batch input payload containing a list of simple public object IDs. This component is used when performing batch operations on multiple objects within HubSpot.
  - `inputs` SimplePublicObjectId[], required — An array of simple public object IDs to be processed in the batch operation.
    - `id` string, required — The unique ID of the object.
