  - `cybersourceReference` object, nullable, required: Null while a merchant_initiated charge is still pending confirmation from Cybersource.
  - `merchantReference` object, nullable, required: Reference sent when triggering an on-demand charge. Null for scheduled RBS debits.
  - `indicator` 'CIT' | 'MIT', required
