# Paginated raw XBRL facts for a filing

`GET /api/v1/filings/{filing_id}/facts`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.hub-equity.com`

Paginated list of the facts declared in one filing, as filed (before normalization). The lowest-level primitive of the API.

Filters :
- `section` — restrict to one presentation link role (exact match). Use the `link_role` URIs returned by `GET /entities/{id}/disclosures` or `GET /filings/{id}/calculation-tree`.
- `concept`: case-insensitive substring match on `concept_qname` (e.g. `Revenue`, `us-gaap:Stockholders`).
- `is_extension` — true/false filter on filer-defined extensions.
- `limit` 1-1000 (default 200), `offset` for pagination.

Each fact carries its qname, unit, decimals, period, dimensions and presentation place on every plan. The filed values (`value_numeric`, `value_text`, `value_boolean`) need the `facts.premium` scope: below it they are null and a note says so, as the site's Raw Data screen blurs them. The filing itself stays readable on every plan (`/filings/{id}/document`): what a paid plan adds here is the paged, filtered table of values.

- `section` string, nullable: XBRL presentation link role URI (exact match). Omit to scan all sections.
- `concept` string, nullable: Case-insensitive substring match on `concept_qname` (e.g. `Revenue`, `us-gaap:Stock`).
- `is_extension` boolean, nullable: Filter to filer-defined extensions only when true.
- `page` integer, nullable: Page number (1-based). Public idiom; overrides offset.
- `per_page` integer, nullable: Rows per page (1-200). Overrides limit. Quants needing bigger pages can still use the legacy `limit` (up to 1000).
