# Get the disclosures catalog for an entity

`GET /api/v1/entities/{entity_id}/disclosures`

## Request

Returns the catalog of disclosure sections (Lease Maturity, Debt Maturity, Tax Rate Reconciliation, Goodwill Rollforward, etc.) available on the entity's latest annual filing. Each entry lists the link_role, a beautified label, the count of numeric concepts, and `has_native_html`, true when the SEC filing publishes the section as a native HTML table (fetch it with `GET /filings/{id}/disclosure-html`). Sections with <3 numeric concepts are dropped (header skeletons). Primary statements (Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Cash Flow, Comprehensive Income, Equity) and regulator metadata (Pay-vs-Perf, Insider Trading, Cover Page, Auditor) are excluded. ESEF filings and older SEC filings degrade gracefully to an empty list.
