# Submit feedback

`POST /v1/feedback`

## Request

Send feedback to the HCTI team about HTML/CSS to Image, its API, or its MCP tools. Report bugs or unexpected rendering results, request features, describe confusing behavior or documentation, and suggest improvements. Include what you tried, what you expected, and what happened. Do not include API keys, credentials, or personal or confidential data. Authentication is optional; authenticated feedback is associated with your organization. Returns a confirmation message and feedback ID.

## Request body

- FeedbackRequest: A bug report, feature request, or suggestion for improving HTML/CSS to Image, its API, or its MCP tools.
  - `subject` string, nullable: Optional short summary of the bug, feature request, or suggestion.
  - `message` string, required: Describe the bug, feature request, or suggestion in at least 20 characters after trimming whitespace. More detail helps us investigate and understand your feedback. For problems, include what you tried, what you expected, what happened, relevant steps to reproduce the issue, and any related request_ids, image_ids, or template_ids.
  - `callback_url` string, nullable: Optional public HTTP or HTTPS callback URL for a response. No SLA or guarantee is provided on callback responses.

OK

- FeedbackResponse: Confirmation that HCTI received your bug report, feature request, or suggestion.
  - `message` string, required: Confirmation message for the feedback submission.
  - `id` string, required: ID for referencing the submitted feedback.

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `429`: Too Many Requests
