# Update a reservation

`PUT /api/reservations/{reservationId}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.hotelumo.com`
- URL: `https://api.hotelumo.com/api/reservations/{reservationId}`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP basic
  - API key in header `Authorization`

Updates a reservation by id. Reservations belonging to another organization respond 404. Requires the `reservations:write` scope.

## Path parameters

- `reservationId` string, required

## Response `200`

The updated reservation

## Other responses

- `403`: API key is missing the `reservations:write` scope
- `404`: Not found (or owned by another organization)
