# Clear the site's edge cache (and its CDN zone): every file is fetched from the site again

`POST /projects/{projectId}/accelerator/purge`

## Request

  - HTTP bearer
  - API key in cookie `__Host-hs_session`

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid request, e.g. a setting out of range (code invalid_request)
- `401`: Missing or invalid session/token (code unauthorized)
- `403`: Authenticated but not permitted (code forbidden)
- `404`: Not found or not visible to the caller (code not_found)
- `409`: Nothing to do yet, e.g. the site is not live or already being measured (code conflict)
- `429`: Too soon: once a minute per site, or other measurements are running (code rate_limited)
