`GET /migrations/{migrationId}/logs`

Up to 1000 lines

    - `step` 'fetch_source' | 'analyze' | 'create_project' | 'create_database' | 'import_env' | 'import_database' | 'restore_files' | 'rewrite_urls' | 'deploy' | 'verify' | 'attach_domain' | 'sync_mail' | 'null', nullable, required
    - `level` 'info' | 'warn' | 'error', required
    - `message` string, required
  - `next` integer, required: pass as ?since= to get only newer lines
  - `complete` boolean, required: true once the migration reached a state that produces no further logs

- `403`: Authenticated but not permitted (code forbidden)
- `404`: Not found or not visible to the caller (code not_found)
