  - `role` 'standard' | 'cleaner' | 'revoked' | 'reader', required: The role of the mysql instance
  - `migrationStatus` 'None' | 'Scheduled' | 'InProgress' | 'Succeeded' | 'Failed', nullable: The migration status of the mysql instance
  - `created` boolean, required: Whether the mysql database instance is created or not

- `404`: Mysql not found
