`GET /api/projects/{projectName}/mysqls/{mysqlName}/events/stream`

Establishes a stream of events for a given mysql

  - `reason` string, required: A short, machine-understandable reason for the event
  - `message` string, required: A human-readable message describing the event
  - `timestamp` string, date-time, required: When the event occurred
  - `project` string, required: The project this event belongs to
  - `source` 'infra' | 'admin', required: The origin of the event
  - `serviceType` 'app' | 'mysql' | 'postgres' | 'redis', nullable: The type of resource this event is about (e.g. app, mysql, postgres, redis)
  - `serviceName` string, nullable: Name of the service/app/database this event is related to
