App status found

- AppStatus
  - `buildStatus` 'running' | 'failed' | 'succeeded', nullable: The build status
  - `lastBuiltAt` string, date-time, nullable: The last built at
  - `runtimeStatus` 'pending' | 'running' | 'crashing' | 'unhealthy' | 'imagePullBackoff' | 'stopped', nullable: The runtime status
  - `lastDeployedAt` string, date-time, nullable: The last deployed at
  - `internalDNS` string, nullable: The internal DNS
  - `gitCommit` string, nullable: The git commit SHA the running image was built from (git apps only)
  - `certificates` object[]: Certificates is the status of the certificates
    - `domain` string, required: Domain is the domain of the certificate
    - `status` string, required: Status is the status of the certificate

## Other responses

- `401`: User is not authorized
- `404`: App not found
- `500`: Internal server error
