`PATCH /scim/v2/Users/{memberId}`

  - `schemas` string[]: Must contain the URI value of "urn:ietf:params:scim:api:messages:2.0:PatchOp"
  - `Operations` ScimPatchUserOperation[]
    - `op` string: The operation to perform: can be `add`, `replace` or `remove`
    - `path` string: Contains an attribute path describing the target of the operation. OPTIONAL for `add` and `replace`
    - `value` object: New value if add/replace, or name of target for remove
