# Conversations locked by an agent

`GET /inbox/v1/queue/lock`

An overview of conversations with the agent that locked the conversation.

Success

- LockResponse
  - `locks` object[]
    - `conversationId` string: The id of the conversation.
    - `userId` string: The user id of the agent.
    - `lockedAt` string, date-time: The timestamp since when the agent has locked the conversation.

## Other responses

- `401`: Unauthorized: when using an invalid or expired access token.
