# Get contract

`GET /contracts/{id}`

Retrieves a single resource with the given id from the service.

## Path parameters

- `id` integer, required

- Contracts
  - `id` integer: ID of the contract
  - `userId` integer: Unique id of the user.
  - `userIdApproved` integer, nullable: Unique id of the user that added the contract
  - `contractStartDate` string, date: Start date of the contract in ISO Date format
  - `contractEndDate` string, date, nullable: End date of the contract in ISO Date format
  - `probationEndDate` string, date, nullable: End date of the probation period of the contract
  - `signedContract` integer, nullable: Tiny-int indicating if the contract has been signed.
  - `notes` string, long-text, nullable: Optional text field for remarks about the contract
  - `labelIds` integer[]: List of id's belonging to labels
  - `labels` Labels[]: **DEPRECATION NOTICE**: The object variant (containing the translated name per locale) for labels is deprecated and will be removed in the future. Use the simple string variant instead. Switching to the new string variant can be done by providing `useTranslatedLabels=true` as query parameter.
    - `id` integer: ID of the label
    - `documentCategoryId` integer, nullable: ID of the parent document category
    - `workflowCategoryId` integer, nullable: ID of the parent workflow category
    - `name` union, required: Either an object containing the translated name per locale or a simple string with name of the label. **DEPRECATION NOTICE**: The object variant (containing the translated name per locale) for labels is deprecated and will be removed in the future. Use the simple string variant instead. Switching to the new string variant can be done by providing `useTranslatedLabels=true` as query parameter.

  - `status` 'ACTIVE' | 'FUTURE' | 'INACTIVE': Status of the contract
  - `type` integer: The type of contract. 1 = fixed-term, 2 = permanent, 3 = internship
  - `createdAt` string, date-time: Creation date of the contract
  - `updatedAt` string, date-time: Last updated date of the contract
