# Find attendance report

`GET /attendance-report`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.hoorayhr.io`
- URL: `https://api.hoorayhr.io/attendance-report`
- Auth: API key in header `authorization`

**NOTE:** The response for this endpoint is cached for 12 hours per API token and query parameters to avoid heavy load on our API. Updates will not be reflected immediately.

## Query parameters

- `startDate` string, date, required
- `endDate` string, date, required
- `includeInactiveEmployment` boolean

## Response `200`

success

- AttendanceReport[]
  - `userId` number: The user's unique ID
  - `scheduledHours` number: Total hours to be worked according to work schedule
  - `leaveHours` number: Total of approved leave and holidays
  - `sickLeaveHours` number: Total sick leave time
  - `writtenHours` number: Total of approved time items (time-off) and time tracking entries
  - `balanceHours` number: Difference between scheduled hours and the actual hours. Negative amount means less hours worked than scheduled.

- `401`: not authenticated
- `500`: general error
