# Reset password using emailed token

`POST /v1/auth/reset-password`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.honkio.ca`

- Auth: none required

Also signs out every dashboard session and disconnects every app connected through OAuth: each connection's API key and tokens are revoked.

## Other responses

- `422`: VALIDATION_ERROR: details.token when the token is unknown, used or expired.
- `429`: RATE_LIMITED: 10 attempts per 15 minutes from one address.
