Retrieves the mobile money operator details for a given phone number, based on the number, currency, and country provided.

  - `currency` string, required: Currency must be in ISO 4217 format
  - `country` string, required: Country must be in ISO 3166-1 alpha-2 format
  - `phoneNumber` string, required: Phone number must be in E.164 format (e.g., +1234567890).
