`POST /api/b2b/customers/{customerId}/banking/accounts`

## Request

Issue personal bank accounts in KES, GBP, EUR, USD for any of your customers at Tier 1 status. (🇰🇪) The customer you created using "Create Customer" endpoint should be passed in the path parameter.
