# List sandbox conveyancing matters

`GET /conveyancing/matters`

## Request

Returns deterministic sandbox transaction/conveyancing matter summaries when the authenticated automation client has `conveyancing.matters.read`. External URL: `/v1/conveyancing/matters`. Current Next.js implementation path: `/api/platform/v1/conveyancing/matters`. This read-only route does not require `Idempotency-Key`; SDK, CLI, and MCP read adapters may inspect the sandbox DTOs later, while live matter ownership, matter writes, legal lodgement, fund release, document submission, and e-stamping remain deferred. Conveyancing pilot posture remains marketplace orchestration only, legal advice and client-money or trust-account handling remain deferred, and partner-status publication remains private-first.
