`GET /conveyancing/matters/{id}/stamp-duty`

Returns sandbox stamp-duty coordination metadata when the authenticated automation client has `stamp_duty.status.read`. External URL: `/v1/conveyancing/matters/{id}/stamp-duty`. Current Next.js implementation path: `/api/platform/v1/conveyancing/matters/[id]/stamp-duty`. This read-only route does not submit e-stamping, provide legal or tax advice, request legal confirmation, or present platform estimates as final; live stamp-duty submission remains deferred. Conveyancing pilot posture remains marketplace orchestration only, legal advice and client-money or trust-account handling remain deferred, and partner-status publication remains private-first.
