# Transfer SIMs to organization (bulk)

`POST /devices/transfer`

Transfer devices to a different organization. Maximum of 3000 devices per request. All devices must belong to the same source organization.

## Query parameters

- `preview` boolean

## Request body

- object
  - `deviceids` integer[], required: List of device IDs to transfer
  - `orgid` integer, required: ID of the destination organization

## Response `200`

OK

- TransferDevicesResponse
  - `success` boolean: Indicates whether the request was successful.
  - `data` object
    - `destination_orgid` integer: Organization ID the devices were transferred to
    - `transferred_deviceids` integer[]: IDs of devices that were successfully transferred
    - `warnings` object[]: Devices skipped during transfer (e.g. already in the destination org)
      - `deviceid` integer
      - `message` string

## Other responses

- `400`: Bad request
- `401`: Unauthorized
