`GET /csr/data`

## Request

Returns a paginated list of events

    - `device_metadata` string, nullable: Optional metadata attached to the device at the time of message

    - `tags` string[]: Tags associated with the message
    - `matched_rules` object[]: Rules that matched this message
      - `ruleid` integer: ID of the matched rule
      - `error` boolean: Whether the rule produced an error
      - `result_data` string: Output data from the rule

- `401`: Unauthorized
- `503`: Endpoint temporarily disabled
