# Get a single async change request by ID

`GET /asyncchangerequests/{requestId}`

Returns the full detail for a single async change request, including its child request IDs and decoded metadata.

    - `id` integer: Unique request ID
    - `parent_id` integer, nullable: ID of the parent request for grouped operations
    - `orgid` integer, nullable: Organization ID associated with the request
    - `userid` integer, nullable: User ID who initiated the request
    - `request_type` 'plan_change' | 'euicc_audit' | 'sim_configuration_update' | 'sim_state_pause' | 'sim_state_unpause' | 'sim_state_activation': Type of change being requested
    - `reference_type` 'device' | 'link' | 'simcard' | 'sim_configuration': Type of the object being changed
    - `reference_id` integer: ID of the object being changed
    - `state` 'initialized' | 'in_progress' | 'complete' | 'complete_with_errors' | 'partially_complete' | 'error' | 'canceled' | 'complete_after_cancel': Current state of the request
    - `start_time` string, nullable: Timestamp when the request was created (UTC)
    - `update_time` string, nullable: Timestamp of the most recent state change (UTC)
    - `metadata` object, nullable: Metadata associated with the request
    - `child_ids` integer[]: IDs of child async change requests (included when fetching a single parent request)

- `404`: Request not found
