# Get Pontio Budgets

`GET /api/budget/pontio_list`

Returns budgets that either have estado 'estudio_financiero_rechazado'
or have a non-null estado_pontio in presup_datos_financiera_api.

**Protected Endpoint:** Requires JWT authentication and 'admin' role
