  - `name` string, required: Human-readable court name.
  - `locationCode` string, required: Code that identifies the Court Location.
  - `startDate` string, date, required: Date the Court Location became active.
  - `endDate` string, date, nullable, required: Date the Court Location became inactive. `null` indicates that this row is still active.
