# Get the status of a background job being processed in an administrative context.

`GET /admin/jobs/{jobType}`

Returns the current status and details of a background job.

## Path parameters

- `jobType` 'APPLICATION_LISTS_DATABASE_JOB' | 'REFRESH_REFERENCE_DATA', required: The type of the administrative background job

## Response `200`

Job status retrieved successfully.

- AdminJobStatus: Details of the database job status.
  - `lastRan` string, date-time: The last time the job was run.
  - `enabled` boolean: Whether the job is currently enabled.

## Other responses

- `401`: Authentication required or token invalid.
- `403`: Authenticated but not permitted to perform this action.
- `404`: The requested resource was not found.
- `409`: Conflict with the current state of the resource.
- `500`: Unexpected server error.
