# Normalize reported typings to the current release

maxItems is the ceiling. The cap that applies to a request is the caller's tier's (free 250, starter 250, lab 5,000, scale 5,000, enterprise 5,000, academic 5,000), reported on every response as x-hla-verify-max-typings; a batch over it is a 422 naming the cap and the tier that lifts it.
