# Set a new password with a reset code

`POST /auth/action/reset-password`

## Request

  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP bearer

Used by the hosted reset page. Consumes the code.

## Request body

  - `oobCode` string, required
  - `newPassword` string, required

## Response `200`

Password updated

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid/expired code, or the password was rejected (weak_password)
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
