# Apply a Firebase email-verification code

`POST /auth/action/apply`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.hiyd.ai`
- URL: `https://api.hiyd.ai/auth/action/apply`
- Auth: one of:
  - HTTP bearer
  - HTTP bearer

Used by the hosted verification page to mark the email as verified.

## Request body

- object
  - `oobCode` string, required: Out-of-band code from the verification link

## Response `200`

Email verified

- object
  - `message` string
  - `email` string

## Other responses

- `400`: Invalid, expired, or already-used code
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
