# Complete user onboarding

`POST /api/users/onboarding`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.hiyd.ai`

## Request body

- object
  - `date_of_birth` string, date, required
  - `gender` 'male' | 'female' | 'non_binary' | 'other' | 'prefer_not_to_say', required
  - `height_cm` number, required
  - `weight_kg` number, required
  - `target_weight_kg` number: Optional target weight
  - `responses` object[], required: Array of question responses. Each entry carries either answer_ids (choice/grid/skin questions) or response_text (text questions), never both.
    - `question_id` string, uuid, required
    - `answer_ids` string[]: Array of selected answer IDs (single item for single-choice, multiple for multi-choice)
    - `response_text` string: Free-text answer, only valid for text-type questions

## Response `200`

Onboarding completed successfully
