# Days in a range that have scoreable health data

`GET /api/health/data-days`

## Request

Lists the calendar days between start and end (inclusive) on which the
user has at least one of: a sleep night, HRV readings, heart-rate readings,
or a workout — from Apple Health / demo data (fitness_*) or the band
(metrics_sink). Steps alone do not count, nor does an Apple Health /
Health Connect sleep night (sleep source policy: band and demo only).
hiyd-ai-engine uses this to find days it has data for but no score yet.
Day attribution matches /rest-summary and /current-stats (sleep by wake
day, readings by date) in the zone given by time_zone, or UTC days
when it is omitted. Band sleep nights keep their own label (night_date
+ 1), whatever the zone.

- `time_zone` string

## Response `200`

Sorted list of days (YYYY-MM-DD) with data

## Other responses

- `400`: Missing/invalid dates, end before start, or range wider than 92 days
