  - `fields` object: The rest of the block, named as describe_bio_blocks says.
  - `position` integer: Where it goes in the list, counted from zero. Leave it out for the end.
  - `expectedDraftVersionId` string: Optional saved draftVersionId from read_bio_page. Send it to refuse this addition if the page changed before saving.
